The Bachelor + Master of Management Dual Degree at UBC Okanagan is designed for motivated students who want to maximize their undergraduate experience while accelerating their path into business and management leadership.
You’ll complete your Bachelor’s degree through a wide range of faculties and schools, giving you the freedom to pursue your academic interests while gaining early exposure to management-focused learning. Throughout your undergraduate studies, you’ll be part of a select cohort and receive exclusive invitations to academic lectures, professional speaker series, and networking events that connect you with faculty leaders, industry partners, and future peers.
After earning your Bachelor’s degree, you’ll transition seamlessly into the Master of Management program. In this graduate program, you’ll further develop your skills in leadership, strategy, and decision-making within a collaborative learning environment that brings together students and educators from across management-relevant disciplines.

Applying
We recommend applying to the Bachelor + Master of Management Dual Degree program during your initial application to UBC Okanagan. If you’re already enrolled at UBCO, you can also apply during your first, second, third, or fourth year. Applications are open year-round with two deadlines per cycle: January 15 and May 1. Decisions are sent by email two to four weeks after each deadline.
